I am available for eye readings by telephone only. Through a careful study of the iris and sclera in conjunction with asking you a number of detailed questions, it is possible to design an individualized health program for you including recommended diet, natural supplementation, lifestyle adjustments, recommended areas for your own study, and also (for those interested) suggested points for Body Electronics.

(1) For an eye reading, I will need you to mail me a completed questionnaire in advance. For a copy of this, go to questionnaire.htm and print it out.

(2) I'll also need you to send me a complete set of iris and sclera photos. This should include several shots of both the left and right iris, as well as four shots of each sclera (taken from above, below and either side.) Please keep a duplicate copy of your eye photos for your own use, as you may wish to refer to them during the actual eye reading. (While I prefer you to send me actual eye photos, it is also possible for you to send me digital photos via e-mail.) It is also extremely important that the iris shots be correctly labelled LEFT or RIGHT and that the sclera photos be correctly labelled LEFT and RIGHT as well as TOP, BOTTOM, INSIDE, and OUTSIDE. (Inside means towards the nose and outside towards the ear.)

(3) The eye photos should be taken by somebody with a proper eye camera. I've had MANY people send me sets of photos taken on inadequate cameras with the result being poor photos that cannot be used for this purpose. A proper eye camera has the right prefocus lighting, flash system, lens, and magnification. (In a 4x6 inch print where the print is 4 inches in height, the iris should take up about 3.5 inches or more of the frame vertically, or about 90% of the vertical frame.) To find someone with an eye camera in your area, it is best to go through the yellow pages and check under listings like iridology, iridologists, naturopaths, chiropractors, nutritionists, or pretty much anything associated with natural healing. When you call these folks, don't just ask if they've got an eye camera, also ask them if they know anyone in the area who might have one!

If you are not sure if the eye photos you have are adequate, rather than paying for the eye reading only to be told that the photos are not adequate, here is what I'd suggest: I am happy for you to send me your eye photos so I can tell you if they are good enough. Please arrange this with me in advance by e-mail!

(4) The eye reading will take approximately two hours on the telephone. The cost of the eye reading is $200 USD, which includes the postage of the written results back to you. (Note: This does NOT include the cost of the telephone call to me). Appointments can be scheduled via email to <douglas@howweheal.com>.
