About the Newsletter
It is not my intention to flood you with e-mails. I aim for quality rather than quantity. Some months there may be only a few (or even none) sent out, while other months there may be ten or more. Most items that I send out are fairly brief, as with longer articles I'll generally send a link to the article itself rather than the entire article.
I welcome my subscribers to send me items related to health, nutrition and Body Electronics. Whenever available, please include an internet link to the item itself. Personal experiences may at times be beneficial to share with others. Generally, these include the name of the person sharing their experience, although exceptions can be made if that person prefers to remain anonymous.

Some of these submissions will be sent out, while some will not. There are various reasons that an item may not be sent out, including:
- Item outside the scope of this newsletter: health, nutrition, and Body Electronics.
- Item covers a topic covered previously (especially recently) without contributing anything new.
- Item not credible or impossible to substantiate. (While it is not possible to verify every detail of every item sent out, it is greatly preferable that the item include references or at least a link to a website where those interested can investigate further.)
- Note also that there may at times be a delay of a month or longer between when you submit something and when it goes out, as I may simply be too busy to read it straight away.
